It’s the infinite episode 8 & we’re catching up with cool KT Neely of the band Girlgoyle on a sunny afternoon beaming in from Portland, OR. We begin our discussion by figuring out all about Frankie Munez’s Nascar amnesia as he stated on Steve-O’s wild podcast. She explains her early days on piano with a hardcore instructor that used quarters as punishment, and how the 5th grade snare drum was just not hittin’ the nail on the head for her. How’s it feel to be the person that started bangs?! We talk about the kind and supportive local music scene she has dipped her toe in out there. We talk the origins of KT’s left-handed art. Why can’t we all just be even-handed?! We love our pets! KT gives some sweet details of her last single she released called “Midwest.” Also some insight on the idea for the Insta video she released along with the song. We go off on a tangent about our mutual love for a friend’s project called Off to Sleep. We talk about our artistic friend’s endless inspiration in our life. Being a guitar player herself, we even get to chat about our rigs & her fav pedals she play’s with these days.
